Perch is machined from aircraft grade billet aluminum for strength. Includes a forged lever that has E-Z Pull clutch lever reducing pull by 30%. Teflon sleeve allows perch to rotate (or spin on bar) in case of a crash or tip-over. Large round adjuster for on-the-fly adjustments. Rubber dust cover is included.
