Who can buy from Splash'n Dirt?

Simply, Anyone. If you are a dealer, then you can take advantage of our Dealer Discount Program offered to dealers, distributors and repair shops accross Canada and the USA.
We also offer a seasonal booking program so you can take even more advantage of discounted prices.

Customs, Duties, Taxes and hidden Fees

Canadian Orders

All Canadian Orders are shipped from Canada. So you don't have to worry about any hidden brockerage fees or duties. We take care of all of these worries.

US Orders

All US Orders are shipped from within the USA So you don't have to worry about any hidden brockerage fees or duties. We take care of all of these worries.

International Orders

All International Orders outside Canada and USA, will have to be evaluated individually. A shipping quote will be provided. Any import duties that might occur are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

Yes. If you are in the Montreal Area, you can give us a call to schedule an appointment to pick up your parts.

Returns & Cancellation Policies

  • All Parts that are defective (except electronic parts) can be replaced.
  • Any custom parts CAN NOT be returned, unless it has a manufacturing defect.
  • Any part that is custom made, cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has begun. A deposit is required before ordering such special parts.
  • For Dealers and Repair Shops: If you order a part for a customer, It is your responsability to require a deposit or full payment. Once a part has been ordered, it cannot be cancelled or returned because the customer doesnt want it anymore, changed his mind, or found it cheaper elsewhere. It is also your responsability to verify that the part ordered is for the proper vehicle model/Year. If the customer has a modified vehicle, please call us for information before ordering parts. We are here to help you to provide great customer service and information.
  • Absolutly NO returns or Cancellation on Maier Plastic Parts, or ANY Custom Parts.
  • Splash'n Dirt will only provide support for parts that where bought from us.
